I’m really happy with the LG OLED55B46. The picture quality alone makes it worth the investment, and it’s a great TV for gaming. However, the price and average sound quality are things to keep in mind. If you are looking for a premium TV experience and are willing to invest in it, I highly recommend it!
- I recently bought the LG OLED55B46 TV, and after a couple weeks of using it, I wanted to share my experience. Overall, I'm really impressed with this TV, but there are a few things to consider before buying.
- 1. The picture quality on this TV is just stunning. The colors are vibrant, and the blacks are incredibly deep, which makes everything look more realistic. Watching movies, especially in the dark, is a whole new experience.
- 2. It’s easy to navigate and it has all my favorite streaming apps :) The Magic Remote is also really handy and makes it easy to switch between apps and inputs.
- 1. This TV is definitely on the expensive side. I had to think long and hard before making the purchase, but I’m glad I did.
- 2. I have read about the potential for burn-in with OLED TVs if you leave static images on the screen for too long. I haven't experienced it yet, but it's something I'm mindful of.
- 3. The built-in speakers are decent, but not amazing. For regular TV shows, they are fine, but for movies, I ended up getting a soundbar to improve the sound quality. It’s not a dealbreaker, but something to consider if you’re picky about audio.
